For those who want a little dash of non-veg, we arrange a traditional Kumaoni home-style lunch at a nearby homestay, rich with family recipes and stories of the hills. The neighbourhood also brims with cafés and restaurants to explore, from rustic local fare to coffee with mountain views. Yet it is always Parvada’s variety and soulful flavours that guests return to, finding comfort and warmth around our table. estate is built upon; the rest remains orchard, native forest, and trails. Construction followed the land’s contours, trees were preserved or transplanted, water is spring-sourced and used mindfully, and kitchen waste is composted to nourish the soil. Seasonal menus keep food miles low, and local farmers and artisans are part of the estate’s rhythm.
